Thank You, Jesus

It hit me the other day that there are times when I get so frustrated because I do feel like I really don't know Jesus Christ at all.

I don't know what He looks like and can't even recognise His voice.

But even though there are times when I don't see or hear Him as much as I would like, I know for a FACT that Jesus was ALWAYS there right beside me at my lowest of lows, when I needed Him the most.

I've witnessed and observed so much of what has happened around me recently. It's really made me realise that more than ever, we humans are actually really, really, broken people.

And we tend to go to great lengths to get ourselves out of these situations by trying different things, or listening to different people. Unfortunately, often from the wrong sources. And we end up creating bigger messes for ourselves and others than we had to begin with.

So what is it, then? I have a that hunch it's because no matter how much we rely on the things, people and knowledge of the world, Jesus is still THE way.

He is the Way, the Truth and the Life*.

I believe that no matter what we go through in this Life, Jesus is the ONLY way through which we can be saved.

I really am glad that I'm slowly learning to know who Jesus Christ is in my life again. Can't wait to be filled even more.
